Jerome Synold manages the San Diego office of Wiens, Frank and Partner. He specializes in U.S. Probate and Inheritance matters. Prior to joining Weins, Frank and Partner, Jerome worked for Department of Justice and several of the largest firms in California. Jerome holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from University of California of San Diego, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Master of Laws degree in European Business Law from Aix-Marseille III. Jerome has also worked and studied in South Afrikca and holds a certificate in South African Law from the University of Cape Town. Jerome is a California Bar licensed attorney.
