Attorney Jan-Hendrik Frank is co-founder of the law firm. He grew up in Germany and Belgium (Mons). He studied law in Bonn, Germany, and Lausanne, Switzerland (1st and 2nd state exam marks "excellent") and went on to practice in Cologne (Germany) and Los Angeles (USA). Subsequently he worked 3 years was associate solicitor with CMS Hasche Sigle, a leading international business law firm. He specializes in international inheritance law (probate law, wills & estates, estate planning). He is chairman of Erben International e.V., an association of lawyers specializing in international succession law, and frequently publishes articles related to international inheritance law in German and English.
