Ikuko holds a Bachelor of Law Degree in International Comparative Legal Culture with emphasis on Japanese family & inheritance law from Meiji University School of Law and Master of Laws degrees in International Commercial Litigation and Admiralty & Maritime Law from the Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana. Ikuko is a licensed attorney in New York.
